Busy schedules and sedentary lifestyles can make it difficult to maintain a healthy sex life. So while you are in the office working on your desk, you can practice a simple set of exercises and improve your sexual health. These exercises are easy to practice and do not require any additional equipment. All you need is a bit of dedication to practice them regularly.

Mentioned below are five simple exercises that can be performed at your desk to enhance your sexual health:

Pelvic Floor Squeeze

Sit comfortably, tighten the muscles in your pelvis as though you were stopping the flow of pee, hold the position for a short while, and then let go. Pelvic floor squeezes can be done in two sets at a time, twice a day. This exercise strengthens the pelvic muscles, thereby improving control and endurance.

Kapalbhati Pranayama

Practice the breathing technique known as Kapalbhati Pranayam. You can do this by simply sitting up straight, inhaling deeply, and then quickly exhaling through your nostrils while tensing your abdominal muscles. This workout is a great way to improve blood flow and lower stress levels.

Internal and External Rotation of the Thighs

Elevate your feet off the ground, sit on the edge of your chair, and move your thighs inside and outward. Hip strength and flexibility are enhanced by this workout. This workout requires you to perform at least 30 repetitions in a set and two to three sets of practice every day.

Walking

One of the most effective exercises that helps keep you sexually well and active is walking. Even when you are in the office and cannot go on long walks, you may simply do a 5-minute walk or a jog near your desk. Doing this regularly boosts circulation and your overall health.

Holding Urine

Another easy yet effective exercise to improve your sexual health is holding urine for as long as possible. Holding urine strengthens the pubococcygeus muscle thereby aiding in controlling ejaculation. You may practice it 2-3 times a day.

Conclusion

If you practise these easy yet powerful desk exercises regularly, they will surely improve muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility—all of which are beneficial for both sexual and overall wellness.
