RAJINIKANTH ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL FOR ELECTIVE HEART PROCEDURE, CONDITION STABLE

Superstar Rajinikanth, 73, was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Chennai on Monday night. Sources revealed that a heart-related procedure is scheduled for Tuesday. His condition remains stable, according to hospital staff.
There has been no official communication from Rajinikanth's family or the hospital yet. The news was first reported by PTI citing hospital sources.
PREVIOUS HEALTH CONCERNS
In December 2020, Rajinikanth was admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad for severe hypertension and exhaustion. He was discharged after his condition stabilized.
Rajinikanth underwent a kidney transplant in 2016. Due to his post-transplant status and age, doctors recommended complete rest and monitoring for blood pressure.
HEALTH CAUTION DURING COVID-19
Even though he tested negative for Covid-19 in 2020, Rajinikanth isolated himself and was advised to avoid any activity that could increase infection risk.
