New Era of Medical Education Begins with “Innovation & Outreach” at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital

New Delhi: Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SGRH), a name synonymous with clinical excellence, innovation, and academic leadership, has announced the launch of its flagship initiative, “SGRH Innovation & Outreach.”

This ambitious program is designed to extend the hospital’s medical expertise beyond its walls and share knowledge with healthcare professionals across India.

As part of this visionary initiative, the hospital will host a Multidisciplinary Continuing Medical Education (CME) session on 17th September 2025, supported by GRIPMER. The event will take place at the Auditorium, SGRH, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi, from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm.

The academic conclave, themed “Step Towards Nationwide Care,” will mark the beginning of a series of CMEs and outreach programs. These efforts aim to strengthen the country’s medical education ecosystem and foster collaboration with leading medical associations and professionals.

Key highlights of the inaugural event include an Innovation Showcase, where SGRH consultants will present cutting-edge medical advancements, followed by expert panel discussions on vital topics such as Robotics in Medicine, Advances in transplantation, and Coagulopathy Management.

The program will be graced by distinguished personalities, including Chief Guest Dr D.S. Rana, Patron Dr. Ajay Swaroop, and Guest of Honour Dr. Ashok Damir, President of IMA (Karol Bagh).

The dedicated organising team features Dr Nipun Rana, Dr Veronica Arora, Dr Anmol Ahuja, Dr Vaibhav Tiwari, Dr Uday Monga, Dr Pallavi P. Rana, Dr Amrita Sawhney, and Dr Aditya Sarin.

Speaking on the initiative, SGRH highlighted that Innovation & Outreach seeks to build bridges with premier medical bodies such as IAP, IMA, FOGSI, and others. Additionally, the hospital plans to leverage digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and short educational reels to expand its reach and impact.

By blending clinical innovation with structured knowledge-sharing, SGRH Innovation & Outreach is set to enrich professional education, inspire collaboration, and reinforce the hospital’s role.

This program ultimately aims to nurture the next generation of healthcare leaders while enhancing patient care nationwide.
