Saif Ali Khan Stabbed in Thoracic Spinal Cord, Spinal Fluid Leaked – Lilavati Hospital Update

Saif Ali Khan was attacked early on January 16, 2025, at his Bandra residence. The injury resulted from a knife wound to his thoracic spinal cord.

Doctors at Lilavati Hospital confirmed the knife caused spinal fluid leakage, necessitating immediate surgery to remove the knife and repair the leak.

Apart from the spinal injury, Saif sustained deep wounds on his left hand and neck, which were treated by the hospital’s plastic surgery team.

Saif Ali Khan is stable and out of danger following the successful surgery. Lilavati Hospital’s COO, Niraj Uttamani, confirmed the actor’s condition is improving.

The incident occurred around 2 AM at Saif’s Bandra flat. Initial investigations suggest the attack was part of a failed burglary attempt.

The burglar has been identified and is believed to have fled to Prabha Devi. A police team has been dispatched to search for the suspect.
