New Delhi : Ever Bloom, India’s first Concierge Senior Wellness Centre, hosted “Park Activities with a Purpose” on 9 November at Central Park, Sarvodaya Enclave, in collaboration with One Sarvodaya, an initiative by Aditya Gupta, a social worker and active community member committed to fostering unity and positivity among residents.

The event brought together people of all ages for a refreshing and joyful morning that featured gentle yoga, guided stretching suitable for all fitness levels, interactive group games, wellness challenges, and mindful conversations focusing on self-care and mental well being.

The initiative aimed to promote holistic health by combining physical movement, mental awareness, and social connection in daily life.

Through this community gathering, Ever Bloom highlighted its three core pillars of wellness like Physical, Social, and Mental offering participants an engaging and enjoyable path to embrace healthier living.

Participants also enjoyed light refreshments and tea, celebrating the spirit of togetherness and community bonding. Sonia Mehta, Nutritionist and Founder of Ever Bloom, shared, “Wellness today is not just a routine but a rhythm that defines how we live.

When people unite through movement, breath, and connection, health becomes a shared experience rather than an individual pursuit.

With initiatives like this, we aim to redefine wellbeing as a continuous practice of balance, care, and connection. Seeing families, seniors, and youth participate side by side was a beautiful example of true holistic health in action.”

The event strengthened Ever Bloom’s mission to make wellness social, simple, and fun by blending the essence of traditional healthcare with purposeful recreational experiences.

By creating inclusive spaces that encourage mindful living and active participation, Ever Bloom continues to promote holistic wellness and build stronger, healthier communities.

The morning ended on a positive note, with participants leaving energized, inspired, and looking forward to more such wellness-driven community events.
