Arthritis is often seen as an age-related condition, but did you know it can develop much earlier in life?

He discusses how inflammatory arthritis, resulting from conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, can lead to premature joint damage. He also highlights the impact of untreated sports injuries, which may contribute to post-traumatic arthritis later in life. 

Additionally, he explains how misalignment in the lower limbs, whether due to birth defects or improperly healed fractures, can cause uneven wear and tear on the joints, increasing the risk of arthritis at an early age.
