Gurgaon: Motherhood Hospital, Gurgaon, celebrated Children’s Day with an exciting day of creativity and performances by young talents from across the city. The hospital campus was abuzz with energy as over 60 plus children participated in a series of engaging competitions designed to bring out their imagination and joy.

The celebration featured four vibrant categories: fancy dress (up to 5 years), drawing, music, and dance (for 5–15 years). The event saw enthusiastic participation from children who showcased their artistic and performing skills, delighting parents and visitors alike.

The day began with the drawing competition, where budding artists expressed their thoughts on paper with remarkable creativity. Later, the fancy dress, singing, and dance contests kept the audience entertained through the afternoon. Winners across all categories received exciting prizes, including a bicycle and a guitar, while all participants under 5 years received special gifts to mark the occasion.

Adding to the grandeur of the celebration was an esteemed jury panel comprising leading names from the fields of art, music, and dance. Ms. Lubna Sen, Founder of The Art Route, Gurgaon, and recipient of the SP Gupta Memorial Gold Medal; Dr. Aman Bathla, India’s most awarded pianist and recipient of over 50 global recognitions; and Ms. Kashika Grover, Founder of Groovers Studio and award-winning choreographer, served as mentors and judges, inspiring the young participants with their presence.

Motherhood Hospitals organize such initiatives each year to strengthen the bond between children and parents beyond the clinical setting — creating moments of shared joy, confidence, and connection. These events reflect the hospital’s belief in nurturing holistic growth in kids and family well-being alongside expert medical care.
