Fortis Hospitals Launches 24/7 Emergency Helpline in Mumbai with #FirstCallFortis Campaign
Mumbai: Fortis Hospitals in Mumbai has introduced a unified 24/7 emergency helpline, aiming to streamline access to emergency medical care for Mumbaikars.
By dialing 022-4111 4111, residents can quickly connect with their nearest Fortis Hospital, ensuring immediate access to its state-of-the-art Level 1 trauma centers across the city. This initiative is designed to reduce treatment delays and improve patient outcomes, especially during critical moments when time is of the essence.
With an expansive ambulatory network supporting the helpline, Fortis ensures that help is always just a phone call away. The hospital’s emergency services will be available across Greater Mumbai, including all areas within a 5-7 km radius of its hospitals. The introduction of the helpline comes with a promise of fast, reliable, and life-saving medical care.

In addition to the emergency helpline, Fortis has launched India’s first CGI-based digital ads in the healthcare sector. These innovative ads are designed to grab attention and encourage conversations about emergency preparedness.
The ads will be displayed across multiple touchpoints, including cinema theatres, shopping malls, bus shelters, hoardings, and various digital platforms throughout Mumbai.
The #FirstCallFortis campaign aims to reach over 10 lakh households by World Health Day on April 7, 2025, spreading awareness about the importance of emergency preparedness.
