Prof (Dr) Prakas Kumar Mandal

 

Prof (Dr) Prakas Kumar Mandal is a senior Haematologist, Hemato-oncologist, and Bone Marrow Transplant physician currently serving as Professor of Haematology at Nilratan Sircar Medical College (NRS), Kolkata. He holds MBBS, MD, and DM (Clinical Hematology) degrees and is in charge of the Hemophilia Programme and management of rare bleeding disorders. With over 120 scientific publications and extensive experience in hematologic malignancies, coagulation disorders, pediatric haematology, and stem cell transplantation, his research focuses on haemophilia-related musculoskeletal complications and oncocytogenetics of blood cancers.
