Overview

She stresses that a healthy lifestyle—including balanced nutrition, regular exercise, good sleep, and avoiding addictions—can help reduce hormonal imbalances and cancer risk. Importantly, she highlights how hormonal therapy can be used in cancer treatment and emphasizes the need for regular screenings in high-risk individuals.
