Dr Nirmala Chandrashekar (MBBS, MS (OBG), Fellowship in Gynaec-oncology) is a Senior Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Gleneagles BGS Hospital, Kengeri, Bengaluru. With over 16 years, she has successfully managed a wide range of gynaecological and obstetric cases. Dr Nirmala completed her MBBS and MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, followed by a Fellowship in Gynaec-Oncology from The Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute. She is also certified by the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India and Bangalore Endoscopic Surgery Training Institute and Research Centre. She has a keen interest in gynaec-oncology, minimally invasive surgeries, and advanced laparoscopic procedures. Her expertise in these areas allows her to handle complex cases, including cancer-related gynaecological conditions and high-risk pregnancies.
