Dr Sunny Malik (MBBS, DA (Anaesthesiology), DNB (Anaesthesiology), MNAMS, FIAPM (Fellowship of Indian Academy of Pain Medicine), FIPM (Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine), CCEPC (Palliative Care, AIIMS)) is a Consultant Anaesthetist and Pain Physician at Department of Anaesthesiology and Critical Care & Pain Medicine, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, Delhi. He has 15 years of experience in the field of Anaesthesiology. Dr Malik specialises in all advanced cancer pain nerve blocks, Epidural & Intrathecal pump implantation for cancer pain relief, Ultrasound based pain and palliative care procedures, Ultrasound guided regional blocks, Cancer pain (especially oral, head and neck and GI cancer pain) and neuralgias (trigeminal/intercostal) management, Chronic pain interventions (especially back/disc/spine), C-arm guided, Anaesthesia for robotic surgeries, Thoracic surgeries and difficult airway (head and neck cancer: free flap), use of adjuvants (antipsychotics and antidepressants) in managing cancer distress.
