Bhakti Joshi
Bhakti Joshi, Counselling Psychologist and EMDR Specialist, offers more than nine years of experience in trauma, grief, and complex emotional regulation. Holding a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and certified in EMDR by leading international bodies, Bhakti provides advanced care for PTSD, childhood trauma, and acute stress disorders. At Samarpan, she offers one-to-one therapy sessions, psycho-educational groups, process groups, and couples’ sessions for clients dealing with addiction, trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, and depression. Her work, which also draws on ACT, CBT, REBT, and group therapy, supports clients through vulnerable life transitions with both compassion and clinical precision.
