Dr Rachita Dhurat (MBBS, MD in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy) is a Professor and Head of the Department of Dermatology at LTMG Hospital, Mumbai, and the Director of RD Clinic. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Dhurat is recognized for her expertise in trichology and has been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences. She has held key positions in professional organizations, including serving on the International Advisory Committee for the 6th Congress for Hair Research in Cairns, Australia, and as a member of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Aging Skin (Proctor & Gamble, Australia). Dr. Dhurat is also a scientific advisor to Follica Bio, USA, and the founder of the "Trichology Update" conference. She has contributed chapters to dermatology textbooks and serves on the review boards of journals such as the Indian Journal of Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology and the Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery.
