Dr Sunil Valentine Furtado (MBBS, MS (General Surgery), MCh (Neurosurgery), DNB (Neurosurgery), Fellowship (Cerebrovascular & Skull Base Surgery), Fellowship (Endovascular Neurosurgery)) is a Professor, HOD, and Consultant Neurosurgeon at Ramaiah Medical College and Memorial Hospital with over 20 years of experience. He completed his MCh in Neurosurgery from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum, a premier national institute. He then spent nine years at Sri Sathya Sai Institute for Higher Medical Sciences, Bangalore, contributing to neuro-oncology research with IISc and CSIR, focusing on brain tumours and cerebrovascular disorders.
